Within the Netherlands the delivery time is approximately 1 to 2 working days via PostNL. For Belgium and Germany, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days via De Post.<\/p>\n<p>Orders placed between Friday 12:00 and Monday 12:00 are dispatched on Monday. Between Monday 12:00 and Wednesday 12:00 on Wednesday, and between Wednesday 12:00 and Friday 12:00 on Friday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"signs-faq__item\">\n<summary class=\"signs-faq__question\">What are the shipping costs?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"signs-faq__answer\">\n<p><strong>Netherlands:<\/strong> \u20ac 9.95 for orders under \u20ac 150. Free shipping for orders of \u20ac 150 and over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Belgium &amp; Germany:<\/strong> \u20ac 12.50 for orders under \u20ac 150. Free shipping for orders of \u20ac 150 and over.<\/p>\n<p>All shipments are sent as registered parcels (no letterbox post).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"signs-faq__item\">\n<summary class=\"signs-faq__question\">Can I return my order?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"signs-faq__answer\">\n<p>Yes. Undamaged items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, in the original packaging where reasonably possible. Once you provide your IBAN account number, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return.<\/p>\n<p>The cost and risk of the return shipment are at the buyer&#8217;s expense. They can also be used under a properly sheltered veranda, but they are <strong>not resistant to continuous UV exposure, rain or wind<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Weather conditions \u2014 especially strong sunlight \u2014 can cause colour to fade over time. Faded signs can therefore not be returned.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<details class=\"signs-faq__item\">\n<summary class=\"signs-faq__question\">Can I visit the showroom in Bladel?<\/summary>\n<div class=\"signs-faq__answer\">\n<p>Yes, our showroom is located at <strong>Hallenstraat 12, 5531 AB Bladel<\/strong> \u2014 close to the Belgian border near Eersel\/Arendonk. You can browse our full collection and pick up orders in person.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opening hours:<\/strong> the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, from 10:00 to 16:00.
